Alfred W. Eustace
A short documentary for Murray Art Museum Albury exploring the work of Australian landscape painter Alfred W. Eustace.
The film follows paintings conservator Emily Mulvihill as she visits Chiltern–Mt Pilot National Park to trace the origins of the gum leaves used in Eustace's artworks. Along the way, she speaks with local ecologist, Phillip Falcke, and explores the unusual materials and conservation challenges involved in caring for these works.
I worked on the art direction, filming and editing, bringing together the landscape, artworks and conservation process.
